Corporate speak: to reopen a debate after a final decision has been made. This generally involves having a disagreement with a colleague, escalating to the boss, the boss siding with your colleague, then you continuing to beaver away in the background to try to get the decision overturned. Generally at the expense of the company actually achieving anything.
